TORONTO – December 6, 2019 – The YMCA of Greater Toronto is thrilled to be selected as one of the Greater Toronto’s Top Employers for the 12th year for 2020. The Greater Toronto’s Top Employers competition has become the benchmark in the Greater Toronto Area for workplace best practices.
Top Employer recognitions are awarded only after rigorous evaluations. The YMCA of Greater Toronto was assessed based on eight criteria: physical workplace; social atmosphere; health, financial, and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.
