With upbeat playlists, fun-loving classmates, and motivating teachers, our group fitness classes will get you excited to hit the gym.
Build endurance and muscle tone in these strengthening classes that efficiently work your entire body.
TotalFit is a brand new fitness class that combines 15 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of total body strength and 15 minutes of floor-based exercises to strengthen the thighs, glutes and core. Instructors will incorporate equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, gliders, and steps - targeting one to two equipment pieces in each class.
Using a barbell and weighted plates, your certified instructor will guide you through moves designed to condition all your major muscle groups. Get a sneak peak:
Train like a dancer in this ballet-inspired fusion class that mixes Pilates, ballet, and muscle conditioning. Using a ballet barre, resistance bands, and weighted balls, you'll work through moves that build long, lean muscles — all set to an upbeat playlist that will inspire you to push through that #BarreBurn. Stretch and strengthen in the pool, where resistance from the water gives you a solid workout, without straining your body. AquaFit Strength classes focus on muscle conditioning, using a mix of equipment and good old-fashioned water resistance. AquaFit Stretch classes are all about relaxation and improving flexibility.
In this intense circuit, you'll work through different exercises that test your strength and keep your heart rate high. You'll use equipment, body weight, and sometimes the help of a fellow Bootcamper to get through the interval-based workouts.

Our latest and greatest class is perfect for anyone looking for a fun intro to cardio. With easy-to-follow moves and playlists full of old favourites, this low-impact class is the ideal option for older adults, members who are just getting started on their fitness journey, or those trying to get back into the swing of things after some time off. But with optional variations, instructors can help more seasoned participants take the class up a notch to enjoy a heart-rate-boosting challenge.
With motivating playlists to help you push through, you'll spend this class simulating hill climbs, sprints, and endurance rides on a stationary bike. Your certified instructor will coach you on adjusting your bike's tension throughout the class to make sure you're always challenging yourself.
Classes labeled "Theatre" on our schedule are self-directed; participants will follow a DVD that guides them through a workout.
