Sweat For Good

Covid-19 Update

The Government of Ontario has announced that non-essential workplaces will remain closed as Canadians are urged to continue physical distancing as much as possible right now. Our Health & Fitness centres and services are closed temporarily as a result. This includes in-centre courses and registered programs such as swim classes, Teen Night, and personal training.

Thank you for your continued support of the YMCA of Greater Toronto and we look forward to welcoming you back.

Your home away from home

YMCAs provide the literal building blocks for healthy communities: these are safe spaces where you can build new connections, foster old ones, and always feel comfortable in your own skin, no matter your size or shape. That's why they're called Centres of Community: each of our locations go beyond providing the highest quality equipment, classes, sports, and family programs, and help unite us all behind the greater good.

Supporting more people in more communities

For over 160 years, the YMCA has been providing safe community spaces where everyone is welcome, no matter their gender, ethnicity, age, race, religion, income level, sexual orientation, ability, size or shape. And we have ambitious plans for an even brighter future: we’re building new Centres of Community across the GTA, so we can bring more programs, to more people, in more communities.
