Build your digital skills

We’re all relying much more on technology these days, and it can feel a little overwhelming. The YMCA Digital Skills Literacy Program is here to help you navigate the online world with confidence!

Covid-19 Internet Safety 

Learn about some of the phishing scams occurring related to Covid-19; recognize the red flags of phishing; learn about some of the false news online related to Covid-19; tools to recognize fake websites, as well as resources you can use if you have been impacted.

Construction Connections program

About the program

If you’re looking to gain new skills in the construction industry and you’re unemployed, underemployed, or working full-time, the Construction Connections program is the right fit for you. Construction Connections can help you:
  • Explore and start your career in the construction trades
  • Register as an apprentice and enter into a formal apprenticeship program
  • Access training and supports in order to be successful
