YMCA Outdoor Centre Conference Details
YMCA Cedar Glen Outdoor Centre
- The Monarch and Viceroy rooms are professional meeting spaces for groups of 30-50
- Rustic, natural rooms are perfect for inspiration and concentration
- The Lawson Auditorium accommodates groups of 120 or more and has a quality sound system, AV equipment and kitchen facilities
- A/V equipment such as screens, LCD projectors and sound systems are included in your package fee
- Additional charges apply for any damaged or broken equipment
- Wireless internet is available in the Main Lodge
- Spectacular hilltop view from the sun-drenched dining room
- Fresh and healthy buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner options
- Afternoon and evening snacks included with a selection of beverage options
- Charming wood lodges equipped with private bathroom and shower located adjacent to Main Lodge
- Single and double accommodation (including linen) available for adults
- Double and triple accommodation available for children and youth (160 occupancy)
- There is ample parking available to guests and visitors.
YMCA Camp Pine Crest Outdoor Centre
- A variety of indoor spaces, including Recreation Hall, Main Dining Hall and Centennial Lodge, are available for groups of up to 250 guests
- Fresh and healthy buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner options
- Also includes afternoon and evening snacks, and a selection of beverage options
- Cabin-style accommodation can house up to 250 guests; available from May-October
- Our lodges accommodate up to 72 guests from October to May
- There is ample parking available to guests and visitors
Policies
- All our centres require a 25% deposit as a booking reservation. Remainder is due on arrival
- If you cancel your stay with less than 20 business days’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited
- Smoking is not permitted at our site, except in designated areas
- Alcohol licenses are mandatory. Guests need to obtain the appropriate documents through the LCBO
- Pets are not permitted onsite.
- Housekeeping staff may enter your room to clean the washroom and empty the trash. They will not make beds or change your linens. If your room is damaged during your stay, you will be charged an additional fee
- The YMCA of Greater Toronto is not responsible for lost or stolen property or damages to vehicles and their contents
- For your safety, please wear shoes at all times
